Please complete the first 3 modules in the Client Portal:

  • About You - helps me to understand about you and your business
  • Talent Dynamics Square Overview - gives you an understanding of this business development approach that typically generates 6-figure returns (even in a small business)
  • Get Focused Strategy Session Assessment - where you'll get real clarity on your business and what actions to take

This is an essential part of your Get Focused Strategy Session. Firstly, the learning and different perspective you'll get from some of the questions will enable us to have a better quality discussion.

Secondly, taking the time to look at your business and consider these questions is also invaluable. Many clients have commented on how useful writing out the answers is and how that gave them important realisations that they could then act on. ​

Thirdly, it's really helpful for me to read your answers before we meet, so that we can get straight to the heart of what actions will help your business to grow in the time we have together.

PS The link to register for the client portal is different to the link to log back in. You will get emailed your login details as soon as you register and you can use the link above for convenience.

PREPARATION ON THE DAY!

Have a quick look over the questions and answers in the client portal and you can edit or add to your previous answers if more things have come to mind.

A few minutes before our appointment time, please get yourself ready in a space where you won't be interrupted with a cuppa or a glass of water, a way to make notes and access to your answers. Please make sure that the phone number you gave me is by you. If you need to change it please text me on 07766 917890 stating your full name and appointment time to avoid any confusion.
